BIO

      Eleonora Gudenko is an artist based in Rome, Italy. She was born in 1982 and grew up in Kemerovo, Siberia (Russian Federation). After graduating from the Siberian Art University, she moved to Moscow, where for years she worked as a graphic/textile designer and illustrator. In 2016, she moved to Rome to study languages and literature, where, during her studies, she started working with oil painting, developing topics she is interested in.

      Gudenko reflects on human reality and the intricate interplay of social conditions. Her paintings delve into the profound duality of human nature, depicting the juxtaposition of light and darkness within the human psyche. Her academic background in culture, art, and literature, combined with her diverse life experiences living in various cultures, represents a fusion of her graphic design experience and a deep commitment to traditional painting techniques.
